(1) The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit among women of the Chinese community who are socially excluded on the grounds of their ethnic origin by preventing them from becoming socially excluded, relieving their needs and assisting them to integrate into society. (2) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation for women, particularly Chinese women or for those persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances in the interests of social welfare with a view to improving their conditions of life. (3) To advance the education of the public benefit in Chinese traditional culture.
