I am inviting everyone who takes part in our Tai Chi in the Park sessions to join us in supporting community wellbeing by either making a donation or taking part in fundraising.
These sessions are organised through Chinese Community in Peterborough and Chinese Women in Peterborough to help improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, encourage gentle exercise, and bring people from all backgrounds together through Tai Chi and community connection.
Over the years, our wellbeing projects and Tai Chi sessions have supported thousands of people of all ages and abilities. Thanks to the power of community support, we have been able to create welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can relax, connect, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and enjoy nature together.
We would love participants, supporters, friends and families to get involved by:

Every contribution, big or small, will help us continue running future wellbeing events and activities for wider communities, including free and low-cost Tai Chi sessions, cultural wellbeing activities, community engagement projects, and social inclusion initiatives.
