Clan Childlaw is a Scottish charity that stands alongside children and young people, providing free, child-centred legal support so they can understand their rights and have their voices heard. We work with children and young people across Scotland, offering legal information, advice and representation from early support through to more complex cases. Our work is led by children and young people, helping them to use the law to challenge decisions, protect their rights and make sure their views are taken seriously. We also work to create wider change by sharing legal knowledge, delivering training and using what we learn from children and young people’s experiences to improve law, policy and practice.
