Dementia Action Teesside is a local charity operating across Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough, and supporting Stockton and Hartlepool. Our mission is to help people live well with dementia and continue to feel part of their community. We want to make sure people living with dementia are better understood and truly supported to live fulfilling lives. We are deeply committed to making a difference, not just for those with dementia, but also for their carers and families. We run inclusive, meaningful community activities — including music, dance, singing, and social gatherings These activities provided social, emotional, and physical benefits, reducing loneliness and empowering participants to reconnect with their communities. We understand the challenges faced by those living with dementia and their families, and we are here to offer support, connection, and joy.
