Rookwood Spur is a registered charity set up with the aim of promoting and improving the quality of life and opportunities for patients of the Welsh Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Centre. Originally at Rookwood Hospital, the centre moved to University Hospital Llandough in 2021.​
