Our work is dedicated to delivering charitable services to those who find themselves in the most challenging circumstances, including seriously ill children, their families and families bereaved of a child. We support children and families in hospital, hospice and family accommodation, by: • Delivering care packages to those supporting a sick child, these include essentials that are needed whilst away from home • Delivering seasonal gifts and treats to sick children throughout the year • Supporting bereaved parents/carers and their families by providing short breaks in the UK • Raising Organ Donation awareness
