Veterans at Ease is a registered charity with a social enterprise dedicated to supporting veterans, service leavers, reservists, and their families. Established in 2010, our mission is to help individuals overcome the debilitating effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles resulting from their military service. We provide free, professional, and confidential psychotherapy and support, helping beneficiaries process past trauma, manage symptoms, and successfully transition back into sustainable civilian life.
