My Total Warrior 12K Challenge for Veterans at Ease
Hi everyone,
On Saturday, 27th June 2026, I’m taking on the Total Warrior 12K at Bramham Park near Leeds. This isn't just a mud run, it’s a 12KM, full-body test featuring 25 of the most brutal obstacles in the UK.
To earn your donations, I’ll be putting myself through:
• 🔥 The Human BBQ: Jumping over rows of open flames.
• ⚡ The Shocker: A gauntlet of dangling wires carrying 10,000 volts of electricity.
• 🌊 The Waterfall: Full submersion in ice-cold water that takes your breath away.
• 🧗 The Peaks of Pain: Scaling 16ft vertical walls and massive A-frame climbs.
• 🪵 Mud Moguls: Deep trenches and barbed-wire crawls designed to claim my shoes (and my dignity).
• 🚀 The Slideaway: Braving a 100ft hydro-slide when my legs are already like jelly.
The Real Challenge
The hardest part isn’t any single obstacle. It’s being cold, soaked, shocked, and exhausted... and still choosing to keep going. But I’m doing this for a reason far bigger than a medal.
Why I’m Raising Money for Veterans at Ease
I’m raising vital funds for Veterans at Ease, a charity that provides free, specialist psychotherapy to veterans, reservists, and their families struggling with PTSD and mental health issues.
The Reality:
• Around 40% of those who reach out to Veterans at Ease have considered suicide as their only way out.
• The charity uses a unique "veteran-to-veteran" approach; their therapists have served themselves and truly understand the struggle.
• Every penny raised goes directly toward providing life-saving therapy sessions.
Every Obstacle is Temporary. The Impact of Supporting Veterans Isn't.
Every mile I run and every shock I take helps a veteran find their way back to peace. Whether it’s £5 or £50, your donation ensures that those who served us aren’t left to struggle alone.
Thank you so much for your support.
