NICE is a leading UK charity transforming the lives of disabled children and adults who have movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s. We push the boundaries of their potential by teaching them through conductive education, new ways of controlling the effect of their condition.

Story

I haven't run a half marathon before so this is a big challenge for me, in addition I wanted a physical challenge to work towards and that  is why choose to entered the Great Birmingham Half Marathon which takes place on October 16th.

I am raising funds for a Charity called NICE- The Centre of Conductive Education. NICE was founded 30 years ago (Happy Birthday) and they work with children and adults with movement disorders which covers everything from those recovering from strokes, children and adults with cerebral palsy, adults with MS and those affected by other motor neurological conditions.

The money I raise will go towards helping children and adults to have a better and more independent quality of life.

I am training daily and my aim is to complete the course in 2.5 hours. I would appreciate your support for this really good cause
