Story

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support.

In 2003 I weighed over 50 stones (700 pounds) in weight.  In two.years I lost over 30 stones and by the time I competed in the London marathon in 2006 I was down to 13 stone.  My weight has gone up.and down over the years and has crept up.  I now weigh 30 stones (420 pounds) and plan to lose half of my weight in the next year and complete my 10th great north run.

My story is well known and I was featured on ITV's this morning show on a number of occasions

I have chosen the BHF as heart failure killed my dad and contributed to losing my mum and as well as my aunty doreen.
