If you would like to continue giving on an ongoing basis, they have a great sponsor a child programme that connects you with a student with regular updates and communication on how they are progressing through school and life.  Their website has a lot of good content demonstrating how well the donations are put into practice.

For 16 years the CCF has been working with some of the most impoverished communities in Cambodia. Originally, their support revolved around the health and well-being of 45 children from the Steung Meanchey garbage dump. Today, there are around 2,000 students working towards a better future for themselves and their families through CCF’s award winning education program.
