On 30th October 2016 the world became a little less sparkly and life changed forever. We lost a perfect princess, one of my best friends Dominique, in a road traffic accident. Since the accident happened I’m not sure any of those who knew and loved her have experienced a ‘normal’ day, and I now understand the phrase “you never get over it, you just learn to live with it.” It is the only option we have. Not a day goes by that I don’t long to hear her laugh and see her smile in front of me just one more time.

Dom was one of the most courageous and brave people I have ever met, and following on from the success of my abseil last year I want to continue to channel my inner Dominique and make her proud. On 30th June 2018 I will be jumping out of a plane in an attempt to raise more money and awareness for Brake the road safety charity  

Brake has been an amazing support to Dominique's family and friends, and I am extremely proud to fundraise for them in order to help prevent more people going through what we have all been through, and continue to go through each day.  You never think it’s going to happen to you and your loved ones, but for 5 people and their families each and every day it does. Let’s try and stop this together.

Please donate, no matter how big or small the amount, as it is such a worthy charity and I really want to make our girl proud!! I am also terrified of jumping out of a plane, so knowing that I have no choice will hopefully make it easier!!
