This last year has been a challenging one and i hope to complete Marathon No3 in under four hours if possible my personal best being 4 hours 12 mins but that was 6 years ago !

My motivation is many things but in particular i dedicate my fund raising and run to the following people :

Margaret Grant - a special friend of our family  who tragically lost her fight with Cancer in September 08.

David Clout - my wonderful father in law who lost his fight with Cancer in July 2002

Nigel Clout - Ian's sports mad brother who was killed tragically in a planecrash in Malawi in June 2007.

Emma Peek - my very special and close school friend who died suddenly on March 15th this year at the young age of 36 . She was animal mad and why i will be giving some of the money i raise to both HAPPA and RSPCA.
