I have never run in my life....I was always the child that avoided running at school...at all costs. I would rather miss the bus than embarrass myself by running!

But....I have challenged myself....hey 5K isn't that far...is it? Please tell me it's not! 

This is all for a good cause and I will be thrilled if I can raise a lovely amount for Arthritis Research UK. Sadly 1 in 1000 children in the UK are affected by Arthritis which can begin at any age.
