Story
On Sunday 6th May, I am entering a 45 mile bike ride to raise funds for the Pilgrims Hospice on behalf of my father-in-law who was sadly diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer earlier this year.
Pilgrims Hospices has been providing care and support free of charge to people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers for over two decades. They are a charity which survives on donations so that it can continue providing specialist palliative care for the people of east Kent. As every week passes, we discover the kind and sincere support which these organisations provide. I would appreciate any sponsorship, however small, to help this charity continue and support other people in this situation. In return, I promise to do the hilly route!
John has raised a lot of money through the Rotary Club of Dover over the past 20 years and it is my pleasure to join them in this ride.
Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Pilgrims Hospice and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
Thank you.
