The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

This idea started when I wanted to cut my hair off for a new summer hairstyle. However, as I wanted to chop a lot off I felt it was a tragedy that children are losing all of their beautiful hair when they don't want to due to illnesses like Cancer and Alopecia.

Therefore I want to help by donating my hair so it can be made into a wig to help a child through these difficult times in their life. The Little Princesses Trust work with specialist suppliers and hairdressers to create wigs, for both boys and girls, to match the child's original hair as much as possible to help with the transition.

However, it can cost around £350 to make just one wig. So along with donating my hair I also want to help the charity be able to make a wig as well! By donating just £1 you will be helping improve a child's life dramatically. However, if you can't afford to donate I completely understand and simply spreading the message about this wonderful charity would be amazing. Thank you for your time :D
