Yes I overcame sickness, pressure from my boss (just kidding Coleen) and my bike chain falling off mid-race to complete the 2009 London Triathlon on Saturday the 1st of August. If you think the profile picture looks unflattering, it looks about a thousand times better than I actually felt on the day.
