Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

To coincide with the NSPCC Big Board Game Day, I am going to play games for 24hrs with a bunch of different people from the derby on board games group. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/344830812223887/)

Quad in Derby will be hosting and my event will tie in with their own board game day on the 28th. (http://www.derbyquad.co.uk/family-workshop/nspcc-big-board-game-day)

I will be starting this at 4pm on the 27th May and finishing at the end of the above event 4pm Saturday 28th May.

The whole 24 hours will be streamed live on twitch.tv (https://www.twitch.tv/hunterturtle)

I will also be holding a charity raffle on the day with some top prizes to be won.

Lots of people do these 24 gaming marathons on pc's, playstations or xboxes. You don't see many board gaming sessions, so I thought this would be a fun way to raise money for an excellent charity. Board games play an important part in the work the NSPCC do, as you can read about on the NSPCC website. (https://www.nspcc.org.uk/what-you-can-do/events/big-board-game-day/)
