Hi my name is chris i am 36 years old, married,to Tammie, and have a 5 year old son called rowan, i work as a vehicle technician for sinclair audi in Neyland, pembrokeshire.

Recently my Dad passed away on the 2 September 2013 , after a long battle against Cancer, just befor he passed i always talked with him about taking part in Ironman ! Here i am now all signed up for Ironman Wales 2014 ,Ahhhhhhh,!

I chose Macmillan because they gave my Dad and our family great support and help over the time my Dad had cancer , and i felt i would like to give them something back and help raise money to provide more families and cancer patients with the care and support needed,!
