On the 28th August I (and a couple of hundred others) will be leaving Inverness to cycle 170 miles to Stonehaven.  Cycling over two days we'll be doing 85 miles on day one to Elgin then 89 miles on day two back to Stoney.  

While I'm reasonably fit and enjoy cycling, this is going to take me well out of my comfort zone!  I need all the incentive I can get so if you can spare a bit of money for a good cause please consider sponsoring me in aid of Home Start UK.

After recently becoming a father for the first time I can really appreciate how stressful and difficult life can feel when things aren't going exactly to plan and you throw children into the mix!
