Story

As some of you may be aware, 2 years ago Kristian Kerr won the Trainee Challenge for his work at Zoё's Place. Zoё's Place is a registered Charity providing palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

Following on from the trainee challenge Rick Willmott decided that this would be his chosen charity for funds raised from the Cyclotour Leman 2017. We were very sad to see this week, that the hospice is in a cash crisis over change in funding and may have to close its facilities 1 or 2 nights a week.

The hospice has now made a desperate appeal for support, to help it to continue in its vital work providing an essential lifeline to families.

As we have worked very closely with Zoes Place over the last couple of years, we have decided to hold a dress down week 22nd- 26th April to raise some funds. Any donations will be very much appreciated.

About the charity

Zoe's Place is a home from home for babies/infants who have life limiting and life threatening conditions. Zoe's Place offers palliative, specialist respite, and end of life care for infants from birth to five years old. We receive very little funding and therefore rely on donations/fundraising.
