On Christmas Eve my mum , Jean Moore was taken ill suddenly at home and was rushed to Burton On Trent Hospital , mum was diagnosed as having a abdominal aortic anurism (AAA) rupture

Mum was critically ill and her only chance of survival was a major operation to repair the aorta . Time was running out for mum and the only hope was to get the midlands Air Ambulance to take her to Leicester Royal Infirmary for surgery .

Mum made it through the operation and spent 8 Days on a life support machine , 14 days in Intensive care and another 14 days on High Dependency Ward..

We know if it wasnt for the Air Ambulance mum would not be alive today and we can't thank them enough for what they have done for out family ..

Please could i ask everybody to donate even if its only £1.00 money soon adds up
