Unfortunately, I didn't make it into the Olympics this year, so out of the goodness of my heart have agreed to run for the Beijing B Team in the Tri For Life mini triathlon.

My team features Natalie Goldberg as swimmer and Matthew Harris as cyclist.  Natalie is currently on maternaty leave, so skipped Beijing but will be making her comeback appearance at Tri For Life.  Matthew will be coming out of retirement after not riding in nearly 20 years!

I know this 5K run is nothing compared to marathon that I would have been faced with in Beijing but the charities I will be raising funds for make it kilometers more worth while!
