Hey everyone,

In memory of those that my family or closest friends have lost to cancer I will be running the BUPA 10k on Sunday 20th July.

From a personal point of view, I am running for 3 people in particular.  My grandad - Pop, Edryd's dad - Dyfrig and one of my mum's best and closest family friends - Annette.  I have chosen Cancer Research UK because not only is it a charity close to my heart, but I am sure close to others too.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cancer Research UK gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. 

I am sorry that I have left it so late, but whether it's pennies or pounds, everything counts.  Please help me to raise money for a fantastic charity that does so so much in so many ways!
