Story

I will be running the 10K as part of a team from my Crossfit box, raising money for a very worthwhile cause, the Glasgow Association for Mental Health.

Another 10K, so what you might say?? Well, to add a little spicy twist to the proceedings some of us will be wearing weighted vests, to symbolise the weight that mental health issues can bear. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and I hope you will sponsor me. it is the thought of raising all this cash for such a deserving charity that will see me through the blood, sweat, tears of this challenge!..

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
