Hi All

Lyn is my inspiration to keep on pounding up and down the hills!

Shes a wonderful lady, who with the help of her local hospice has found her inner"artist", friendship laughter and a few tears.

I was hoping at this stage the hills would seem smaller, but not yet! Though I am adding on the kilometers!!! And still in one piece! Famous last words, I have a lovely pair of battered and bruised knees! Not sure if i tripped or the hill leapt!
