Story
I have now finished my 270 mile Cornish coastal walk for Help for Heroes. Apart from the few days of thick mist or pouring rain it was mainly stunning and I have certainly discovered some beautiful and untouched areas of coastline, as well as seeing choughs, basking shark and even adders en route - with photos to prove it!
It certainly had its tough times with the odd day of 9 or 10 hours of walking, or the miles and miles of huge cliffs which seemed to go on and on.
All the support from everyone has been incredible from the hotels and B and B's (listed below) who provided me with free accommodation and food, to the people who stopped along the way and gave me their change for the charity. It certainly shows how much our incredibly brave soldiers are thought of by everyone.
With so much in the press at the moment about further deaths and injuries in Afghanistan it reminds us all to keep supporting our soldiers.
