So my charity week for Bipolar Scotland looks like this:
November:
Sunday 17th: Fraserburgh half marathon.
Monday 18th: A dip in the sea. (Swimming in the sea at Irvine beach)
Tuesday 19th- Wednesday 20th: 24hr fast, while working at my friends restaurant. (Su Casa, Ayr)

Thursday 21at: Climbing Goatfell.
Friday 22nd: A Public neck down waxing (venue to be confirmed)
