From Friday 30th April - Monday 3rd May, the team at Convey Law will be taking on the 100 challenge to raise funds for The Captain Tom Foundation. 

The challenge can be be anything from doing 100 push ups, to baking 100 cakes or doing 100 laps of the garden! It is open to all ages and all abilities to take part. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect on charities, with the cancellation of thousands of events and the loss of billions in income. At a time when vulnerable members of society need them most, charities have had to cut services, furlough staff and some have even shut down. Captain Tom stepped up to help, taking on his famous walk to support the NHS Covid-19 appeal and inspiring millions to donate to the cause. 

The Captain Tom Foundation now supports causes that were close to Captain Tom's heart and remain dear to his family, these include:

• Combating loneliness

• Championing education and equality

• Continued support for the wonderful NHS
