Liz and Sophia will be participating in Cancer Research's Pretty Muddy - a 5km 'muddy obstacle course that women of any ability can climb over, crawl under, and charge through to show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink' on Saturday 25th June 2016 and Race For Life 5km run on Sunday 26th June 2016, both at Stoke Park in Guildford, Surrey.
Sophia has recently joined a gym (Godalming Fitness) to get fit and ready for these events, and Liz is a member of Godalming Leisure Centre where she keeps fit to participate in these events.
