Hello, I'm running the great north run for the very first time.

This year I turned thirty (29+1 as I like to think of it as) and thought running the great north run would be the perfect thing commemorate and celebrate my third decade milestone. 

This has been something I have always wanted to do and I cant wait to take part and to involve this amazing charity makes the experience even better.
