As you all know that since my Dad passed away which will be 4 years on the day after the 10k run i have supported the Trinitiy hospice in Blackpool as much as i can.

I have had the chance to see what a fabulous place the Trinity hospice is on more than one occassion and how they look after there patients and there relatives through such a hard time.

People may look at me gone out as they normaly do anyway when i say the Trinity hospice is a truly magical place but until you have witnesed there work you would not truly understand

So with the above in mind i would ask you to help support them by sponsoring me a couple of pound on my Manchester 10k run.As you do so take a minute to think about loved ones that have passed and how they enriched your life.Take a minute to think about my Dad "big Reg" as he was known to most of my friends if you were to donate a £1 for everytime he made you laugh you would be donating a small fortune but please just donate a pound to help such a wonderfull place that help such wonderfull people as my Dad my Unc and my Grandad
