At the end of July 2018 I will be taking part in the Ride 100 London. This is a 100 mile bike ride starting in London, taking on the hills of Surrey and then back to London.

I am hoping to raise awareness and support for Prostate Cancer UK, Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and you may have seen on the news lately that its fatality rate is growing year on year, the stats are scary! Even if I spread awareness to encourage men to at least get themselves checked out, that would be a great start!

So please donate whatever you can to Prostate Cancer UK to support their efforts to combat prostate cancer.
