Hello my name is Jade and I was diagnosed with Craniopharyngioma in 2010, and under went two major operations and a course of radiotherapy in the same year, which was a little tough. But it's now all good because my unwanted friend is behaving!  :-)  So moving on to why I wanted to start my fundraising page...

Thanks to the amazing charity, Dreamflight, I got to have a trip of a lifetime, going to Walt Disney World, where I turned 13!

There are no words to explain how amazing my trip was, so I now want to raise enough money so another deserving child can experience what I got to. :-} X 

THIS IS A VERY WORTHY CHARITY AS 100% OF THE MONEY GOES TO DREAMFLIGHT AND THE CHILDREN !
