Story
So I've always been fat. For as long as I remember. 17-19 stone is my wheelhouse. But I didn't want to come out of lockdown as the "Chunk" I was. So I've been training and wanted to put my money where my mouth is (rather than a ton of chocolate).
So I've committed myself to doing this;
100 Push-ups a day in May for Cancer Research UK
100 Miles in May for Mind
Shelter's 100 Squats a day in May
I'm also doing a 5k Colour run too for my kids school, but that won't be included here. Any donations will be split with the three charities above.
