Story
Based on suicide stats between the UK & NI being 131 PER WEEK I will be completing the following.....
The 1-3-1 challenge Every day for 20 days starting 1st November, I’ll be doing the following
131 weighted squats 131 weighted hip thrusts 3km on the rower 3.55km on the ASSAULT bike The bike & rower collectively add up to 131km over the 20 days I’m teaming up with Annabel Ramsay who is hosting a wellness event at the end of the 20 days, tickets available just ask me for info Hopefully we can raise an obscene amount of money and awareness and maybe inspire a few people along the way 🥰Our chosen charities are Isle Listen & Sepsis UK
If anyone wants to help me through a session or donate some funds that would be unreal 😍
