Welcome Everyone! This page is set up to raise awareness for men’s mental health. The charity we have decided to partner with is Men United, a local men’s mental health charity who support men throughout the North-East of Scotland.

We have chosen this charity due to each of us having either personally experienced, or known someone who has struggled through mental health. We feel that the work this charity do are massive in a movement to make more men speak up, providing open support groups, mentoring, and motivational workshops that include guest speakers.

The event we are doing is to reach 22 summits of Scottish Munros within 6 days. Our journey starts on the 1st of June in the Highlands working through to Fort William and ending in the Cairngorms in Angus, Forfar. This challenge will involve a total ascent which equates to more than Everest (the highest peak in the world!). Considering we are fairly novice Munro baggers and wild campers this challenge could be classed as impossible… However, we want to push the barriers and prove that it can be done with the right motivation and mentality.
