As you know, OneFitMama are dedicated to helping those suffering with Post Natal Depression and Anxiety. The funds raised from our trek up Mount Snowdon will be put towards counselling for women with postnatal depression and also a OneFitMama PND retreat in September.
This PND retreat will be a weekend break for mums suffering with PND where they will receive counselling, group support sessions, meditation and mindfulness coaching along with some serious exercise therapy.

I am thrilled to be a part of the OneFitMama family and to be able to help raise money and awareness for such an important, yet often overlooked cause. All donations will be gratefully received, large or small.
