    Story

June is Sands Awareness Month, a chance for us to dispel the stigma around baby loss and help support Sussex hospitals to reduce the number of deaths that occur during childbirth, an estimated 100 per week.

We are hoping to buy equipment such as cold cots, cameras and blankets for Sussex hospitals, large and small, to ensure that if anyone is unfortunate enough to lose a baby, it can be made that tiny bit less traumatic by being given a chance to say a proper goodbye.
