LADIES RUGBY TEAM BARE ALL IN AID OF CHARITY

Burry Port RFC has chosen to support a charity close to the hearts of our members. Latch Children’s Cancer Charity is exactly that!

Sadly in August 2015 the heartbreaking news swept through our Club that young Chloe Evans had lost her battle to this terrible disease.

In Chloe’s memory, family and friends started raising funds for Latch. These funds now provide children and their families affected by cancer a respite holiday at Chloe’s Karavan Kiln Park, Tenby.

Chloe’s Karavan 4 Kidz gives other families a much needed holiday as well as the chance to create precious lasting memories....just like Chloe’s final holiday in Trecco Bay.

The Ladies Rugby Team have decided to 'pull their socks up and drop the rest!' in a NUDE Calendar for 2017 in a bid to raise much needed funds to keep Chloe's Karavan 4 Kidz going.

Rugby teams come in all shapes and sizes, and ours is no exception. Bearing all was very much out of our comfort zone! However our focus was on improving the lives of affected children and their families which put everything into perspective! We have had great support and even managed to rope in Current Scarlet’s and Wales Rugby International player’ s to get their kit off with us!
