Help us to make Cora's last Christmas extra special 💜
Cora is only 8 years old
She was born at just 28 weeks and suffered severe brain damage, was given just months to live by doctors in November last year.
But despite defying the odds so far, parents Amy and Ciaran believe in their heart of hearts that this is the last Christmas they will spend with their only child😢
This might be Cora's last Christmas as every day is so special for her and her amazing family.
Please help us to give Cora the perfect Christmas.
