The Eastern Rhino U11 and U12's squads have entered into the Rhino Challenge Rugby League (RL) competition at Butlins , Skegness from 12th-15th May 2017. It promises to be an amazing weekend of 9 a-side RL for this extremely talented group of Rugby players. The lads will be going toe to toe with the top RL players and teams from across the country. The Eastern Rhinos Primary and Junior sides have developed rapidly over the last 2 seasons but none more so than the U11's and U12's who have gone from strength to strength both in playing ability and numbers. We will certainly not be there to make up the numbers with many of our superstars dominating the London & SE League last season and still competing for National honours in the National Schools RL Competition.

Both teams are certainly capable of winning this record breaking competition but this is not our primary aim. First and foremost we are in it to have fun and develop as individuals and as a team. For the majority of our players this will be their first Rugby touring experience. These boys will have listened to tails of mystery and intrigue from their older siblings and parents as they recount and reminisce over their past tour adventures.

A massive part of building the team dynamic whist on tour is looking and feeling the part in our "tour stash". All players, young or old, love to have "stand out from the crowd" tour stash, especially such as in this case when it's your first ever tour! So we are attempting to make this the best tour possible for our youngsters by raising funds for some great looking tour shirts.

We would like to be able to raise £800 to purchase our tour shirts. If a pledge, from a company (or individual), is made of £100 or more your company will get advertising space on the touring shirt. Any excess funds will be put into enhancing the touring experience for the players, with either more tour "stash" or additional events whilst on tour.
