Story
My Vision
My dream is to share my cooking experiences with my customers. Being able to create a culinary prodigy, would be my ultimate goal and also learn new experiences along the way. My successful plan is to create a seasonal menu, from the cool days of spring to summer, which would involve flavours from the America, Latin Americas, Caribbean and the Mediterranean, to the cold days of autumn and Winter with braised stews and braised meat sandwiches which would be influenced from all parts of Europe.
Myself
Well this is me. I’m a foodie, mad about food my tummy proves that. I’m the kind of person would share and save various recipes on social media and hoping that if i get the chance to entertain friends and family, id surprise them with food they have never had. I like to impress, I take it seriously if it is just “ok” I would like all sorts of criticism so I’d know what I needed to improve dishes. I’m the kind of person would be asked what can they do with okra or a cut of meat I’d always give anyone ideas. I’d watch a lot of cooking programmes to influence me from different regions of the world from major figures from Adam Richman, Anthony Bourdain, Jamie Oliver, Antonio Carluccio, Genaro Contaldo, Nigel Slater, Nigella Lawson Thomasina Miers, Rick Stein, and the late legend Keith Floyd. My passion for food started with my late grandmother. I remember every Sunday, living with my grandparents in Trinidad, my grandmother would cook a huge amount of food for the family compared to the English roast it was large. I remember my eager need to help her chop the herbs from the pungent smell of the coriander to the grating of cheese little by later from the age of 5 to now my love of food always is in my DNA.

8 years agoWell, I've worked on a seasonal menu rota every day I'm coming with new recipes from sauces to burgers and twists to sandwiches. I've also started to construct my lists for equipment,disposable and cleaning products for the operation.
