Each year Newnham Junior school works hard to provide our children with the best possible education and extra-curricular enrichment activities. However, with ever decreasing school budgets and increasing costs, this is becoming more and more difficult.

The school charity, FONJSA, works tirelessly to provide essential support to the school to ensure these aims can be delivered. We rely on donations from parents, families and friends and we need continued support to be able to provide these things moving forwards.

On 20th April, 50 children from Newnham Junior School will be taking part in the Mini TCS London Marathon and would like to ask for your generous donations to help raise vital funds to fund a School Hall upgrade.

The hall is a vital part of the school environment allowing the school community to congregate for various events. The school hall is in need of some repair/upgrade to enable us to continue to enjoy this crucial space; the following works need to be done:

• Repair to hall floor to allow us to continue to use this space for sports, assemblies and fun extra curricular events.

• New blinds to enhance the ability to use the room in all seasons and for all occasions.

• A new computer for use with the hall projector to allow displays, training and assemblies to continue.

Your generous donations will be greatly appreciated and will help us to create an enjoyable environment for the children at Newnham Junior School, whilst enhancing their school experience.
