Evening all, Well what an amazing response I have had from everyone. So far £630.00 has been raised. I am hoping to touch the £700.00 mark now. I'm shocked with all the support I have received so far from everyone. A little slow on my training due to a knee injury but I will complete the marathon and I am ready to take on the challenge. I have had donations of people who I haven't seen or spoken to in over 17 years so thank you all for your continued support. I can't wait to present the cheque to my mum's Parkinsons Group.

I have now signed up for another Blackpool 10k run on 09/07/17 and then a half marathon on 16/07/17. Remeber that if I raise £600.00 or more I shall do the Chester Marathon (26.2 miles) in fancy dress. So my initial target was £300.00. Through everyone's kind donations, I have managed to get past this target. I have now set a new target with a twist. The new target is £600. However, if I hit this target I will be doing the Chester Marathon (26.2 Miles) in fancy dress.
