Story
George is visiting Ghana in February 2017 on an organised trip with his school. His school (Dorothy Stringer in Brighton) partners with a school in Tortibo Village in Ghana and he is doing a sponsored Choi Kwang Do fitness challenge to raise £200. This is so that he can contribute to fundraising towards educational resources in the schools he will visit. The money will go towards completing a new primary school classroom and gap year accommodation in Tortibo village. 8 years agoGeorge completed his 2 hour circuit training last night at the Dorothy Stringer sports hall, before and during our Choi Kwang Do lesson. Well done George! With moral support from Ruby, Rob Tamswell (of The Choi Foundation), me and the rest of the Choi Kwang Do class.

8 years agoHello everyone - George is doing a fantastic job of training for his challenge. He is planning to conduct the 'adjudicated' event very early in December (hopefully the first Monday). Hello. I'm George and I'm 14 years old. My hobbies are acting and martial arts. I do acting once a week and martial arts twice a week. The martial art I do is called Choi Kwang Do. At Choi we do exercise drills, like lunges, squat kicks, push ups and sit ups.
