Hi my name is Mum aka Marie, I was diagnosed at the age of 31 with invasive triple negative breast cancer HER2 in September 2014. I was utterly devastated and so were my family and friends, I started chemotherapy very quickly and tried my hardest to stay well and focused to fight as hard as I could to get better again, as my second stage of chemotherapy was underway, I had a scan to see if it was working in shrinking the cancer. It didn't work the cancer was unresponsive. Again I was devastated but went on and had a mastectomy and reconstruction. I was given the all clear on the 19th of February 2015. What a relief that I had survived and beaten cancer, to celebrate I even took part in my local muddy race for life run and completed it. I thought I had a second chance at life with my 3 lovely children and dedicated partner. But on the 13th of September this year I was told after lots of scans and tests that the cancer had returned but this time in my lungs and breast bone, once again my world shattered around me, my life was once again at risk but I told myself I can beat it again I've done it before, but that was shattered to when I learned that there is no opperation that can be offered and that the doctors could not fix me, so I am now faced with a life expectancy of 18 months give or take. I'm not ready to die, leave my 3 amazing children with out a mother or my loving partner on his own! I want to fight, find a way to live longer and the only options I have is going abroad for treatment that isn't offered in this country, but it costs a lot of money...Please Please help me live xxx
