On the 24the June (weather permitting) i will be skydiving from 15000ft to raise money for The Red Lipstick Foundation.

The charity was set up by a family who tragically lost their daughter when she committed suicide aged 20 in 2014. The charity supports bereaved families and friends who have lost someone suddenly through suicide or Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS)
SADS is when someone who is young and seems completely healrhy suffers a sudden cardiac arrest with no prior warning. 12 fit and healthy young people die each week from an undiagnosed cardiac condition.
I lost a close friend in 2010 aged 20 who died of SADS so want to raise as much money as possible in his memory and to help this wonderful charity.
