We are a group of Animal Management students with a passion for protecting animals, in the recent months we have be educated on one of the most recognisable and fascinating creatures on our planet, the Rhino. They are suffering and are at a very real risk of extinction.

The only reason these beautiful animals are being destroyed is for their horn, which is made from the same substance as our finger nails. Their horn, the most iconic symbol of the Rhino is now the greatest threat to their survival.

The staff at Mankwe Wildlife Reserve put their lives at risk every day to help preserve and protect the lives of the rhinos.

We are raising money for Mankwe Wildlife Reserve, to help protect their rhinos. The money raised will help to fund a professional anti-poaching unit, the necessary equipment such as Thermal image cameras for night vision (infrared identification of human at night), Binoculars and Spot Lights.

We are planning on doing a pier to pier walk in aid of this. We will set off from Clacton to Walton pier on Saturday 20th May 2017.
