Just days after celebrating his 1st birthday and following months of hospital stays and tests, Josh's family have been given the devastating news that he suffers from a rare genetic condition, thought to be Mitochondrial disease, for which there is currently no treatment and no cure.

In order to ensure that Carole, James and big sister Sophie spend what little time Josh has with them concentrating on the things that matter, this crowdfunding page has been set up to provide support for the family in the hope of taking away stresses of financial burdens which may arise over the coming weeks and months whilst they make lasting memories.
